All member benefits and offers are subject to availability and valid when booking through QHotels, not through third party agents. There are no cash alternatives to the benefits. All member benefits and offers are based on a minimum two consecutive night’s stay, except the Sunday Escape offer, which is valid for one night stays only. Single supplements may apply. Benefits cannot be used at weddings or for corporate business at QHotels. A limited number of rooms are allocated to member special offers, which are guaranteed to be at least £10 lower (total booking price) than the next best like for like offer available at the time of booking. Once the allocation of discounted rooms has been taken you may be offered another rate or type of break. A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure member breaks (except on the Sunday Escape deal when full prepayment is required); for non members QHotels special offers require full prepayment except when booking online Flexi Rates. The balance is payable on check out. We will mail you with newsletters, which will include details of special offers, Early Booking Bonuses, Dining Vouchers and Money-Off Vouchers. The offers and voucher values may change according to season. One Money-Off voucher may be redeemed per minimum two-night booking. Money-Off vouchers must be within their validity date and redeemed on checkout to qualify; no photocopies are accepted. Money-Off vouchers cannot be used against one-night stays. Early Booking Bonuses are valid when breaks are booked by the cut off date shown in your newsletters. You’ll receive one bottle of Breakaway Club red wine in your room when you purchase a bedroom upgrade at the time of booking (Deluxe Room, Junior Suite or Suite), excludes Feature Rooms. Supplements apply for upgrades. You’ll receive one Explore by QHotels local attraction discount booklet in your room when you take a break in school holidays; attractions and discount levels vary across the group. The Sunday Escape deal is valid for one night stays; all other member deals are based on two-night stays. Money-Off vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with this offer. Full prepayment is required. A Dining Voucher is attached to each newsletter and is also in your welcome pack. It entitles you to 15% off your lunch bill for you and up to three guests excluding beverages. You must redeem a valid Dining Voucher at the restaurant or point of sale to qualify. One voucher per 4 guests is permitted. One free Independent newspaper in your room each day you stay; alternatives cannot be provided free of charge. The membership card is not a credit card, cheque guarantee or payment card of any kind and remains the property of QHotels.
