Graduation for Management Trainee

Annette Farrington joined The Queens, part of the QHotel group in September 2004 having completed the first year of a management traineeship. The programme was developed to allow management trainees to achieve a formal qualification at the same time as gaining experience within a hotel environment.
As well as working full time within the hotel she has been studying and graduated on the 4th November 2005 from the University of Gloucestershire with a Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management.
During her traineeship she has worked in most of the departments allowing her an insight into how the whole hotel is run. Throughout the programme Annette took to every situation well and took up the position of Beverage Manager back in June this year following the completion of her training.
