Award for General Manager at The Park Royal Hotel

Yvonne Jackson, General Manager at the Park Royal Hotel, Warrington has been awarded the ‘Commitment to Industry’ prize at this years Cheshire Awards for Tourism Skills (CATS).
The Park Royal Hotel, part of the QHotels group, was one of 50 different tourism organisations throughout the Cheshire-Warrington area which were represented at the event.
Other organisations included restaurants, museums, self catering cottages and ice cream farms all competing for the prestigious awards.
CATS awards recognise the best in the industry, and celebrate the hard work and commitment of all those involved in the sector.
The awards judges commented: “Yvonne has had a very successful career in the industry, encompassing a wide range of roles. In her current position she focuses on three key areas, product, service and reputation to ensure the absolute quality of the business”.
The top performing teams and individuals in Warrington were presented their awards by Hollyoaks actors Nick Pickard and Sarah Dunn who play Tony & Mandy Hutchinson in the popular Chester based serial drama.
Yvonne Jackson said: “I was delighted to receive this award and be recognized within the local community. I work with a fantastic team here at the Park Royal and at the QHotels group, I would like to thank them for all of the hard work that they have put in too!”
