An Uplifting Night at The Midland Hotel

It was an uplifting night at The Midland hotel on Thursday 26th October when over 200 guests attended 'An Evening with Michelle Mone', inventor of the bust boosting Ultimo bra.
Michelle Mone talked to guests about how she took a simple idea and turned it into the huge international company MJM is today. Her talk was inspirational, but more impressively it was real. Michelle not only talked about the good times and huge achievements but also the harder moments and the trials she and her company have had to face to get to where they are today.
The evening, organised by Inspiring Connections, also raised money for The Eve Appeal (Gynaecological Cancer Charity), prizes on the night included Dinner, Bed & Breakfast at The Midland hotel, flights to New York and a diamond courtesy of Steve Stone jewellers.
Patrons of The Eve Appeal Peter Schmeichel and his wife Bente kindly donated a round of golf for 3 people to play with him in Copenhagen, including flights and overnight accommodation for a silent auction that ran during the week. Peter was unable to attend on the night due to his Strictly Come Dancing commitments; Bente presented the prize on their behalf.
'An Evening with Michelle Mone' is the first in a series of 'An Evening with' events to be held at the Midland and organised by Inspiring Connections.
