Additional Terms and Conditions

Jewish and Asian Wedding Packages - additional terms and conditions

  • Caterer is responsible for supplying all staff
  • Non-approved caterers need to be approved by the hotel and the hotel need copies of documentation (Public Liability Insurance, Environmental Health Audit, Health & Safety)
  • Caterer will provide their own serving crockery & cutlery and Caterer is responsible for laying up of the tables. (Hotel staff can be hired to do this at a supplementary charge, please ask your Events Manager for prices. This will need to be arranged 2 weeks prior to the event)
  • The Caterer is responsible for organising all staff to set up and serve the event
  • The Caterer will need to check in and out of the hotel at the Hotel Security Office
  • The Caterer needs to agree and sign the hotel's "self catering rules"
  • Any breakages of crockery and glassware are payable by the Caterer
  • Kitchen Porters charged at £200.00 including VAT

  • Approved caterers are: Celia Clyne, Creative Catering, Fulda Catering and I and M

Asian Wedding Additions:

  • Approved recommended caterers are: Payal Events, Nawaabs

Wow what a weekend! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi on Friday lunchtime laden with bags and cases, we were looked after. Your genuine excitement for us was touching and throughout the whole process from original show around you have been amazing. Ellie, our master of ceremonies was equally as amazing! Nina was the most fantastic wedding coordinator. Nothing was too much trouble, she was flexible and accommodated our ideas to make our wedding the best it could be. She kept in touch regularly through emails and phone calls. All the details of our event were clearly communicated to the staff who were there on the day and no detail was left out making it a special day. Ellie was fantastic, despite being slightly delayed she made us feel at ease and adjusted timings. She made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Thomas was really helpful the evening before the wedding when we were setting up the chairs. He took a note of all the little details so everything would be set up how we wanted. All the staff exceeded our expectations and we are so thankful they made our day go as smoothly as it could have gone. Thank you!
