Manchester Food & Drink Festival
The Manchester Food & Drink Festival will take place
from 10-21 September 2015, and Simon Rogan,
with four chef partners - Adam Reid from The French, Tom Barnes
from L'Enclume, Dan Cox from Fera at Claridge's, and David Simms,
who is managing director of Simon Rogan's group of restaurants -
will each host a night to present their distinctive cooking style
and menus at The French, at The Midland Hotel.
The menus are all priced at £100 per person, with an
