Leisure Club
At Telford Hotel & Golf Resort we believe we have one of the
finest Leisure Clubs in Telford.
Where to start is the question. Perhaps the gym.
Fully equipped with the latest Technogym equipment this is heaven
for fitness fanatics. From rowers to cross trainers we have
it all, these machines are so good all your information is stored
on your own personal key (unfortunately they don't actually do the
work out for you). Our onsite fitness instructors are always
on hand to offer support and advice on how to work the equipment
and set achievable fitness goals.
Away from the sweat and gruel of the gym, the 15m pool entices
you to take a dip, the eucalyptus vapours of the steam room will
revitalise the body whilst the heated lounges invite you to relax,
lie back and do absolutely nothing!
And if this isn't relaxing enough, the spa offers a haven of
pure indulgence and relaxation.
So whether visiting the hotel on a leisure break, business or
you are a Leisure Club member, our mission is to help you achieve
an inner sense of well being.

Monday - Friday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Water babies:
Thursday: 11.00am - 12.00pm
Children's pool times:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8.00am - 7.00pm
