If you are a gym bunny, you'll love our gym with all the
exercise machines you need, plus our fully trained instructors can
provide advice on how to get the best results from your
workout. If the gym seems a little strenuous, perhaps a dip
in the pool or steam room is more your thing or, a little time out
in the sauna may be required.
