I just wanted to say what a great experience of the Hotel that I had generally; primarily because of how courteous, helpful and motivated the staff all seemed to be. Whether it was reception staff; the staff in the Spa Reception or the excellent front of house staff in the restaurant (where I had a meal on early Friday night) I was made to feel that nothing was too much effort.
