From the initial enquiry to the close of the conference, the attention to detail, efficiently and approachable friendliness of the hotel staff is exceptional. The availability of an hotel co- ordination specifically dedicated for our event was extremely beneficial in dealing with minor delegate/conference problems. 'Nothing was too much trouble'
I just wanted to say what a great experience of the Hotel that I had generally; primarily because of how courteous, helpful and motivated the staff all seemed to be.
Whether it was reception staff; the staff in the Spa Reception or the excellent front of house staff in the restaurant (where I had a meal on early Friday night) I was made to feel that nothing was too much effort.
This no easy thing to achieve in a large organisation and you and your staff deserve full credit.

You make my job much easier!
