Last night, The Nottingham Belfry Hotel was honoured with a Best
Business Award for Commitment to People Development at the
prestigious Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce Awards.
The award, which only three businesses in Nottinghamshire were
shortlisted for, highlights the hotel's continued development of
its team, which is the basis for the hotel's success and has helped
them become one of the premier venues in the East Midlands for
accommodation and events.
The Nottingham Belfry is heavily involved in the local community,
providing opportunities through work placement and employment for
local students and school leavers. In addition, the hotel won the
Employer Engagement award from Portland College earlier in the year
for their on-going support of local students with varied learning
As well as boasting excellent leisure facilities, The Nottingham
Belfry is also the region's biggest conference venue, with state of
the art facilities that can accommodate up to 700 people across 13
fully flexible conference and meeting rooms. Furthermore, the
four-star hotel offers 120 spacious bedrooms and superb spa
