For the second year
running, QHotels, the four star hotel group, which has a range of
21 unique hotels in locations across the UK, has scooped the No.1
Brand Award 2012 in VenueVerdict's Large Groups
category.
The Brand Awards are
given to hotel and conferencing groups which have the highest
overall Net Promoter Score, which signifies that guests are
actively recommending QHotels. The award, which is based on
rigorous research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest
independent market research agency and feedback from over 27,000
customers across just under 400 venues, looks at how likely guests
are to recommend the venue..
Michael Purtill,
Managing Director of QHotels, said: "We're completely dedicated to
making our guests' stays enjoyable, whether they're here for
business or pleasure. It's fantastic that we have been recognised
as number one brand in VenueVerdict's Large Groups category - it's
testament to the hard work of our staff."
In addition to awards
for venue groups, VenueVerdict also recognises individual hotels
and conference venues that deliver consistent exceptional customer
service by honouring Gold Standard Accreditation every quarter.
Three of QHotels' 21 hotels, The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort,
The Oxford Belfry and The Stratford, achieved VenueVerdict Gold
Standard Accreditation, five QHotels venues were rated "Highly
Commended" and five more were rated "Commended".
QHotels offers a range of conference and meeting packages
to suit all budgets, including the Total Meetings Package which has
no hidden costs, enabling bookers to both stay within budget and
enjoy a stress free conference experience. QHotels has gone to
great lengths to accommodate meetings bookers. In December, the
canteen at The Queens hotel in Leeds, was transformed into a gym in
just 14 hours for a UK Sport conference as the company
requested gym facilities for its attending delegates.
