QHotels named number one large brand by Venue Verdict

For the second year running, QHotels, the four star hotel group, which has a range of 21 unique hotels in locations across the UK, has scooped the No.1 Brand Award 2012 in VenueVerdict's Large Groups category.

The Brand Awards are given to hotel and conferencing groups which have the highest overall Net Promoter Score, which signifies that guests are actively recommending QHotels. The award, which is based on rigorous research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent market research agency and feedback from over 27,000 customers across just under 400 venues, looks at how likely guests are to recommend the venue..

In addition to awards for venue groups, VenueVerdict also recognises individual hotels and conference venues that deliver consistent exceptional customer service by honouring Gold Standard Accreditation every quarter. Four of QHotels' 21 hotels, The Westerwood Hotel and Golf Resort, The Oxford Belfry, The Stratford and The Park Royal achieved VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation, five QHotels venues were rated "Highly Commended" and five more were rated "Commended".

We held our second Artisans in Action crafts and arts event at Forest Pines on 27/28 April 2013. We were looked after very well by all the hotel staff, cannot fault them. We are booking again for next year for what has, as we had hoped it would, become an annual crafts event.

We have just returned home from having a wonderful lunch at the Hellidon lakes hotel to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday. Dan and his team were superb. nothing was too much trouble. The food was served lovely and hot and on hot plates too!!. service was with a lovely smile. they discreetly checked all was ok with us and everything unusual we asked for, they delivered. thank you for a fabulous day Hellidon Lakes staff..

My sister and I just had a lovely weekend break at Norton Park. Nearly everything was wonderful - especially the food. Just one niggle: I really detest having background music anywhere, and I could not get away from it in the dining room. At breakfast, the waiter kindly turned it off, but at lunch, the manager said it was not possible to escape it. I have to say that this one seemingly trivial detail would be enough to make me not wish to go there again.

My wife and I have stayed twice at Chesford Grange. Once last year when it was a 'group' weekend and once this year in May. On both occasions we were very pleased with the way we were looked after. The rooms were comfortable, all the staff from the manager down were always obliging and helpful and the food excellent.

I am just completing a six day stay at the Leeds Queens.... The desk and concierge are fantastic the dining area has a little way to go. Rooms well kept. Very sensitive and anything is possible attitude from most staff.
