The first thing they want to do is meet you, to talk you though the general run of things and find out how you’d like to make our venue uniquely yours. They’ll check dates, give you a grand tour and help you choose a room from stunning options which include the intimate Headingley Suite and the incredible Queens ballroom, which seats 550 guests. They can also help you plan and organise flowers, photography, entertainment, seating plans, menus and all those little details you might not have thought of yet.

As the big day approaches, they’ll keep in contact with you to make sure everything’s going smoothly. Then, on the day, your Toast Master will guide the proceedings whilst their willing team look after you and your guests, ensuring that your much-anticipated and infinitely planned day unfolds like a romantic fairytale.
