As you arrive at The Queens, you will find a slip road at the front of the building where you can temporarily park your car.
A member of our concierge team will be delighted to assist you with your luggage into the hotel. Ramp access to the property is just to the side of the main entrance.Your car will then be valet parked in our secure facilities beneath the hotel. There is a charge for valet parking.
The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel to the right of the entrance lobby. You will be offered a personal check-in service. Assistance is available to help with your luggage and a full explanation of the hotel's facilities.
