If you haven't seen our little family of moorhens on the duck pond by the entrance, you might be tempted to head out there for a wander later.

And while you're sat in the bar relaxing after a hard day in the spa or a stressful day flexing your credit card in Manchester, you might like to quiz some of our staff on the local history and gossip. On a clear day apparently, you can see seven counties from the top of local St Matthews tower. And Mickael in the restaurant is very popular with the ladies. Apparently!

Once you've sampled our extensive menu and wine list and enjoyed the friendly Lounge bar atmosphere, we're sure you'll be looking for any excuse to come back. But then who needs an excuse?
