Total Wellbeing has arrived at The Park Royal! Achieve your personal goals in either of our gyms. Get your heart and lungs working in our state-of-the-art cardio gym featuring individual entertainment stations for your personal viewing pleasure. If you're looking to tone then try our resistance gym, perfect for everything from weight training to core stability.
Our 22 metre pool ensures you can complete your workout in style. Why not finish off in our luxurious wet suite featuring a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room with mood lighting, aromatherapy feature shower, ice fountain and heated relaxation beds to relax and unwind.
For the more adventurous we have 3 floodlit tennis courts and a spacious studio offering over 30 classes per week ranging from Aerobics to Yoga, Pilates to Tai Chi.

Time Out
There is a host of further activities that can be arranged to get maximum enjoyment. Improve your game of golf at the Warrington Golf Club which is less than 10 minutes away. Alternatively we have all weather tennis courts for you to practice your game.
Down in Reflections, if you are feeling energetic we have salsa and exercise classes.
Outdoors
Our landscaped gardens are perfect for team building activities; we can arrange five-a-side football, archery, tennis on our all weather courts or an activity to suit your needs.
Arley Hall is located less than 10 minutes from the hotel and has beautiful award winning gardens and a Grade II listed stately home to look around. While at Arley Hall you can also go round the local organic working farm, Stockley Farm.
Cuisine
Reflections classic lounge area is a great place for casual eating. It has a stylish and contemporary design over looking the pool area with an easy going feel to the menu which has been created by Carl Stenson, our Head Chef, and his team. The Reflection's lounge area boasts delicious food and excellent service and uses only the finest fresh produce.
