Our timetable is packed with classes for all abilities - why not try a few including:
Yoga - a class to relax the body and mind, reduce stress and increase energy levels. Please speak to an instructor before beginning yoga. The yoga class is 2.35pm - 3.35pm with Granville every Wednesday afternoon.
Pilates - a gentle mat based class based on core strength exercises, which promotes posture realignment, increased mobility and body awareness. Pilates is on a Wednesday evening at 8.10pm - 9.10pm with Lesley.
