This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness instructors will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff. When you’ve finished all the hard work take a dip in our fabulous 22 metre swimming pool or bubble away the stresses of your day in our Jacuzzi.
