Leisure Club

This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness instructors will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff. When you’ve finished all the hard work take a dip in our fabulous 22 metre swimming pool, bubble away the stresses of your day in our Jacuzzi or bake in the delightful sauna.

Spa

By jove, we think we've found it and it's waiting for you in our spa. It lingers in the steam room, easing the knots in your shoulders as you simply sit. It lazes on the heated loungers, so comfortable and so warming. It rests in the stillness of the treatment rooms, cocooning you in tranquillity. It flows through the fingers of our beauty therapists as they massage, ease, soothe, primp, preen and pamper you into a state of wonderfulness that goes way beyond relaxation.
