This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.

Spa

No hot stone has been left unturned in our quest for ultimate wellbeing. And by jove, we think we’ve found it. It pervades the scented steam room, transporting you to a carefree place beyond cloud 9. It lingers in the sauna and steam rooms, easing the knots in your shoulders as you simply sit. It rests in the stillness of our beauty treatment rooms, cocooning you in tranquillity.
