Conferences at the Oxford Belfry
The Oxford Belfry offers superb four star accommodation and facilities, conveniently situated minutes from junctions 7 and 8a off the M40.
The Hotel has a stunning courtyard complete with stone ornamentation and fountain which provides the focal point around which the conference rooms are located.
The elegant and spacious bedrooms are again set around a courtyard providing a pleasant aspect - some rooms open directly onto the courtyard.
The College Suite can accommodate 300 delegates in comfort, whilst the vehicular access makes it ideal for combining a conference with a presentation, and the Trinity Suite which seats a maximum of 270 delegates theatre style can be used as 3 separate meeting rooms seating 90 persons theatre style each. The Lincoln room which is part of this suite also has its own bar area and the whole suite has access to the courtyard.
After a day in the conference room your delegates can relax in the lounge and bar areas, or on a pleasant evening enjoy a drink in the Balliol Courtyard. Alternatively why not make use of the facilities in The Reflections Spa and Leisure which has a beautiful indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna and solarium.
