Our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals, be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym, fantastic pieces of kit that make working out that little bit less confusing and a whole lot more rewarding.
