The Nottingham Belfry has its own Reflections Spa and Leisure Club, with friendly and professional staff on hand.
Our aim is for you to have the best experience, whether you need an energetic workout or a gentle swim to recharge your batteries.
Reflections offer the latest in leisure and spa facilities, including:
- Heated indoor swimming pool
- Sauna
- Steam room
- Gym with Technogym equipment, featuring inbuilt screens with TV and radio channels; 25 stations, 15 CV and 10 resistance
- Weights
- Spa bath
- Beauty treatment rooms
- Aerobic studio. We offer a wide range of classes from Pilates to Salsasies, or why not try our Boot Camp class and push your body to the extreme (all classes included in your membership).
Some facilities carry a token charge.
