Reception
Reception is located on the ground floor with ramp access at the front entrance; a lower level check in desk is located at one end of the reception desk. A personal check in service is offered to all guests and assistance is available to help you with your luggage and provide details of the hotel’s facilities and their location.
Public Access
A wheelchair lift allows easy access to the Octagon and Wyvern Bars and The French Restaurant, which are located on the ground floor. Accessible toilets are located on the lower ground floor, the ground floor and the first floor.
In the event of an emergency evacuation, refuge areas have been set up for people needing assistance, on the ground floor and on the first, second and third floors where the accessible bedrooms are located. These are connected to reception via an intercom link.
