Directions to Hampshire Court are available on this web site, or we can forward details to you. Dedicated parking spaces are allocated for blue badge holders adjacent to the front entrance of the hotel. Enter the hotel via the main entrance through an automatic door which is wheel-chair accessible, or a static door which is also wheel-chair accessible. A porter will collect your luggage while you check in.
Reception
As you enter the hotel you will find reception immediately in front of you where you will be offered a personalised check in service. Assistance is available for luggage, location of your room and a familiarisation tour of the hotel.

Bedrooms
Hampshire Court has two purpose built accessible bedrooms on the 1st floor, access is via the lift to the first floor. The bathrooms are designed with an accessible wheel-in shower and wall mounted drop down seat. Both the bedroom and the bathroom have emergency pull cords linked directly to reception.
The windows open in several different ways, from fully opening to a restricted aperture, please contact reception where we will be only too happy to assist. Curtains are operated by an accessible corded track.
In the event of a fire alarm evacuation, these rooms have both a sounder and a visual flashing light. A member of the team will assist with your evacuation.
Public areas
The restaurants, bar, lounge, brasserie and accessible public toilet are all located on the ground floor.
Reflections Leisure and Spa
The Leisure Club is located on the ground floor with its own entrance; it is also accessible from the hotel through the brasserie. A member of the Leisure team will show you the facilities and assist with access to the swimming pool, a hoist will transfer you from the poolside into the water if needed and a hoist is also available for the spa pool.
A dedicated accessible leisure changing room is available.
The sauna and steam room are not currently accessible to wheelchair users.
The spa treatment area is located on the ground floor with powered treatment couches, to enable a range of treatments to be enjoyed.
Conference and function
If you are attending a conference or function, nine of our rooms are accessible from the ground floor of the hotel. Access to the Churchill and Centrecourt Suites on the first floor is via a lift close to reception. Portable conference induction loops are available.
