One of our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.
