This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work. They'll help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff! We also have a rather nice 15m indoor pool, if you fancy splashing about rather than working out.
