Restaurant 1779 is Open All Day

We may have a historic name for our Restaurant 1779, but the menu is an ultra modern European mix. Our chefs use fresh, locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, and keep our regulars guessing with speciality produce dishes now and then. The ambience of the restaurant is contemporary and stylish. So don't blow it by gawping too obviously at the panoramic views out over the Ironbridge gorge. (Only joking – we still do ourselves).

Feast on 3 courses of sublime deliciousness, waited on by attentive restaurant staff who'll make you feel right at home.

After dinner, you can walk it off a little around our 170 acre grounds (don't go too far though), retire to the lounge for a digestif or take a nightcap up to your room and dream about the delicacies you've just savoured.

Restaurant 1779 is open all day, for anything from light snacks to 3 course indulgences.
