The scene of a partnership ceremony should have plenty of glamour and romance; all the things memories are made of. Look no further than Tankersley Manor.

The hotel has been licensed to host civil partnership ceremonies in our four star function suites, and you couldn't hope for a better setting.

You don't need a big guest list to have a big day, so whether there are 4 of you or 200, your ceremony will be simply beautiful; a day to remember for all time, from your grand entrance to the exchange of your rings.

After your ceremony, you can have your reception drinks served on our beautifully landscaped lawns. Our grounds have actually won awards and they're what sway many into choosing us as the venue for this very special day. We've many pretty hideaways around the grounds too, perfect to add to the romance – or if you just want to escape your new in-laws. And, of course, we can host your reception too, whether it's a low-key dinner or an all-out knees up.

Your dedicated planner will help you co-ordinate everything and will tailor every moment of your day so it's just the way you've always imagined it would be.

We have three rooms available dependant on your numbers: the Wharncliffe, The Fitzwilliam and the Crook Barn.

Fitzwilliam Suite

Situated in the main hotel this light and airy suite can seat 60 guests with additional standing space.  The cost for this suite is £250.

The Crook Barn

A 17th century barn, with oak beams. Tastefully restored and full of character, this room can be used in conjunction with the Tankersley Suite. Comfortably seating 95 guests with additional standing space.  The cost for this room is: £375.

Wharncliffe Room

A delightful first floor room benefiting from natural light through windows set in beautiful oak and Yorkshire stone. Stunning oak beams give this room character and charm. Seats 40 guests at a charge of £200.
