The setting is spectacular, a 17^th century building poised between the Peak district and lovely Derbyshire dales, plus our conference suites and meeting rooms are stuffed with high-tech gadgetry.

We have 11 conferencing suites for you to choose from, each one spacious and flexible, adapting to any event from a board meeting, to a video conference, to a training day. We can seat you whether there’s four of you or 400 theatre style. If it’s the latter, you’ll probably need the largest, the Tankersley Suite, which combines three rooms Wood, Garden and Park for additional flexibility. If you have something a little more intimate in mind, then we have smaller rooms such as the Cawthorne Suite and Wentworth Lounge, which are perfect for fun things like dinner dances. All the rooms have heaps of natural light, and overlook our beautiful award winning grounds.

For every event, we’ll dedicate an events manager to you to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also have a dedicated Production Manager, who can help with everything from the design and build of bespoke fixtures to technical support and delivery on the day.

Forest Pines is easily reached, just off the M1 motorway, close to both Barnsley and Sheffield. We can provide overnight accommodation at corporate rates and either prepare an individually tailored banqueting menu or reserve tables in one of our superb restaurants.  We’ll revive delegates with refreshments, and help them relax after a long and productive day with a complimentary trip to our leisure club and spa or a gentle wander around the picturesque grounds.
