As you arrive at Norton Park, you will find three parking spaces reserved for blue badge holders close to the hotel’s main entrance. Please make your way to Reception where a porter will collect your luggage whilst you check in.
The Reception is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the main entrance lobby. You will be offered a personal check in service. Assistance is available to help with your luggage and a full explanation of the hotel’s facilities together with a familiarisation tour. There are lifts within the main Reception area to take you to the first floor and Restaurant.
