A very good year for Eighteen57

QHotels’ Forest Pines Hotel & Golf Resort is celebrating after its restaurant, Eighteen57, was awarded its first AA rosette. The restaurant, headed up by Executive Chef Paul Montgomery, was praised for its quality of produce, mastery of flavour and the skill of its cheffing team.

The Lincolnshire based restaurant, which has been heralded for its sustainable approach to fresh ingredients and local produce, boasts a menu including Lincolnshire red 28 day matured beef, North East of England award winning dairy produce and fully sustainable Mackerel and Pollock from Grimsby, one of the biggest fishing hubs in the U.K, just 20 miles away from the hotel.
