We may have a historic name for our new Eighteen57 Seafood restaurant but the menu is a unique combination of the classic and contemporary, with some creative twists. You might want to use your napkin to mop up the drool when you first see our new menu. Fresh elegant fish, seafood and pasta make for a sophisticated fine dining experience. But be warned, it's so delicious your cred will be blown when you start licking your fingers afterwards.

You can join us in the main restaurant, or book one of the private dining areas to make the occasion that bit more special. Feast on 3 courses of sublime deliciousness in a sophisticated, convivial atmosphere, waited on by attentive restaurant staff who'll make you feel right at home.

After dinner, you can walk it off a little around our 190 acre grounds (don't go too far though), retire to the lounge for a digestif or take a nightcap up to your room and dream about the delicacies you've just savoured.

The Eighteen57 Seafood restaurant is open all day, for anything from light snacks to 3 course indulgences.
