Our therapists are on hand to guide and advise you and can create a Spa programme just for you. For those guests not staying at the hotel, please make yourself known at the Spa Reception where you will be welcomed and given a short tour of the Spa facilities so you can maximise the benefits of your treatment.

Looking for the ultimate gift? How about a whole year of pampering? With a Spa Club Membership you can treat your loved one to 12 months of treatments and a host of exclusive privileges. Spa Membership includes £60 worth of beauty treatments every month, a beauty gift every month, plus 15% off treatments and 10% off products. Full use of leisure facilities when attending treatments is also included. Members are also the first to hear about beauty events and offers. It's a beautiful gift that lasts all year long! Arrival
To enjoy the ultimate in relaxation we advise that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatments in order to check in, change and unwind in our Spa relaxation room.
Treatment Times
Your Spa Therapist will include a consultation, treatment prescription and post relaxation in the treatment times listed.
Aftercare
We advise you to prolong the benefit of your Spa Treatments. Our Spa offers a full range of luxury retail products for home use. Your Spa Therapist will advise you on the correct face and body care to maintain your results.

Some treatments may not be suitable or require adjusting. As your wellbeing is our priority please give us any relevant information at the time of booking.
Booking your Spa Treatments
We advise you to book your treatments and Spa day packages in advance to avoid disappointment. On booking we require credit or debit card details to secure your appointment. If you require any advice on treatments or packages then please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our experts will be happy to help.
Cancellations
If for any reason you cannot make your Spa appointment please call us on 01652 655 678. We require 48 hours notice on all treatments and packages to avoid a full cancelation charge.
