The Brasserie bar and restaurant

Set in our contemporary west wing, the Brasserie is uncompromisingly modern. The décor is light, fresh and inspirational, and the menu is, well, light, fresh and inspirational, only more filling than the décor. To make the venue even more outstanding, we got all clever with some high-tech architecture and created a fabulous rotating bar.

We fully recommend that you pre-book your dining table in The Brasserie bar and restaurant. The Sheridan lounge

This delightful room in the old hall was once Lord Crewe's dining room, where he entertained King George V and Queen Mary during their visit in 1913, amongst other notable guests. Rich and opulent, one of the room's main features is an ornately carved oak screen, which gives the room the look of an old college hall. The lofty ceiling is magnificently decorated with striking pendants and gives an airy spacious grandeur to the room.
