The Sheridan Lounge at Crewe Hall

Originally Lord Crewe's dining room, and used as a dining room by King George and Queen Mary.

This is a superbly appointed lounge with a profusely carved oak screen that gives it the appearance of a college hall. It is spacious, lofty and has a magnificently decorated ceiling enriched with pendants.
