This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work.

Hotel residents, pamper day guests and leisure club members can also unwind in our steam room, relax on our heated loungers or take an invigorating dip in our rather nice indoor swimming pool.

It's also worth considering doing nothing at all. Visit the haven of serenity we call our spa and find a different pace of life. Experience the calm, mellow, unhurried splendour of our treatment rooms with a soothing, muscle-melting massage.

Fake Bake Tanning

Fake Bake gives an instant sun-kissed colour and develops into a long lasting sunless fake tan by combining naturally derived tanning agents DHA and Erythuose guaranteeing longer lasting, more natural looking results! Treatment includes exfoliation, a full body moisturise and tan application. Loose dark clothing is recommended for the treatment. £25 for a full body spray tan or £15 for a half body spray tan.
