Arrival
As you arrive at Chesford Grange take the main entrance and you will find 5 disabled parking spaces to the left of the main reception doors. There is a ramp into the reception area where a porter will collect your luggage whilst you are checking in.
Reception
The reception desk is located immediately on your left as you enter reception and you will be offered a personal check – in – service. Assistance is available to help with your luggage and a full explanation of the hotel’s facilities together with a familiarisation tour if required.
Bedrooms
Chesford Grange has 6 disabled friendly rooms 5 of which are on the reception level of the hotel. The bathrooms have grab rails and low sinks and a bath step is available to access the baths. The sixth room is a fully equipped room with a walk in – shower and this is accessible via the lift.
In the event of the fire alarm activation, a member of the management team will be sent to your room to help assist with your evacuation.
Conference and Function Rooms
If you are attending a conference or function at Chesford Grange 12 of our 13 conference rooms are fully accessible and we have a dedicated lift down to 6 syndicate rooms.
