The Chef’s approach to fine food is to use only the best quality fresh seasonal ingredients to offer you a wide variety of carefully prepared dishes, wherever possible trying to use locally grown British produce, with fish from Hythe, Kent providing many popular dishes. Our wine list offers a broad selection from around the world carefully selected to complement the food.

- Devonshire White crab salad with cucumber jelly, grainy mustard vinaigrette
- Beetroot Gravadlax with horseradish and potato salad
- Alborio rice with Thai asparagus and white truffle essence
