Leisure Club

This fitness mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. One of our on-site fitness gurus will show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. The machines are by Technogym and they're futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.

Exercise Classes

At the Ashford International Hotel we are delighted to host a number of exercise classes throughout the week for all of our leisure club members. We run approximately 20 exercise classes Monday - Saturday from aerobics to yoga to spinning in our dedicated spinning room!
