Children aged 15 years and under sharing parents'
accommodation are charged only for meals taken.
Children aged 15 years and under sharing with one adult or in separate rooms are charged at 50% of the adult rate.
Bedrooms
Aldwark Manor has deluxe rooms which have space for 2 extra beds for families. There are also suites for larger families. Supplements apply to upgraded bedrooms.
Baby Sitting
QHotels use an agency for babysitting and at least 48 hours notice is usually required for pre-booking. The agency, Safehands Network Ltd, can be contacted directly on telephone number: 0870 8446688 in the following hours:
Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday - 10.00am to 5.30pm.

Leisure Facilities
The hotel has its own Reflections Spa and Leisure Club, which offers a heated indoor swimming pool amongst its facilities.
Children are welcome to use the pool during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9.30am - 12.00 midday, then 2.00pm - 5.30pm
Friday: 8.00am - 12.00 midday, then 2.00pm - 6.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am - 1.00pm then 2.30pm - 6.30pm
Under 16 year olds must always be accompanied by an adult.
Children may not use the gymnasium, sauna or steam room.
Children's Meals
The hotel's restaurant opens at 7.00pm for Dinner, children can eat earlier, if required. This can be in the restaurant by prior arrangement, or in their own room. Children can choose from a half portion of the table d'hote menu or from their own menu.
