  • Numerous pieces of local, national and trade PR achieved on group and hotel CSR and fundraising activities.

2012 Objectives

  • Further update of induction and training material to give fully inclusive approach to green initiatives.
  • Continue to explore ways to reduce use of paper within HR and Training. For example, using the online portfolio tool by QED training and development programme and producing an electronic version of our employee handbook.
  • Focus on local charity work in 2012, will encourage further involvement with local communities.
