- Supplier checklists introduced for 3 hotels
- Menu designs incorporate local food wherever
appropriate
2011 Objectives
- QHotels plan to have a ratio of 70/30 in favour of
recycling to landfill compared to the industry standard ratio of
landfill waste vs. recycling of 50/50.
- To continue to extend where viable locally sourced
produce
- Explore every opportunity to purchase and replace using
sustainable/energy efficient options wherever available and
commercially viable
