If any part of your event does not meet our Service Delivery Guarantee, please notify us. If we fail to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will deduct 20% from your final invoice.
You will receive an immediate acknowledgment to any event enquiry and a response within an agreed timescale that suits you.
A specialist Events Manager will handle all the details of your event, and you will be able to contact them directly at any time.
You will not be charged any hidden extras. All prices will be simply presented in plain English, so they are clearly understood.
Your meeting room will be set up in the format you request, at least 30 minutes before your event starts, unless agreed otherwise.
We will deliver messages and faxes to the meeting room or other agreed points within ten minutes of receipt.
All refreshment breaks and meals will start and finish no later than the times specified and agreed before the event.
The Events Manager will conduct a debrief with you before you leave, if you wish. Within three days, you will receive a follow-up call to discuss your event and a guarantee to respond to any points raised within 48 hours.
We will send your bill no later than three working days after the event. It will clearly reflect the written quotation, plus any extra charges that you have authorised.
