ThankQ Rewards Terms and Conditions
The ThankQ Rewards card entitles the holder to collect 2 points
for every pound spent at a QHotel against their total bill during
an overnight stay - points cannot be collected against
You cannot start to collect points until you receive your card,
which may take up to 8 weeks to be processed from the point of
joining. We are unable to backdate any points from previous stays
or stays taken whilst your membership card is being sent.
Points convert into pence and pounds and 2 points = 2p
Points can be redeemed in full or in part against any future stay,
product or service at any QHotel across the UK, including:
- Spa (excluding spa treatments at The Midland, Manchester)
- Food & drink
- Leisure club membership
Your ThankQ Rewards card will expire if no points have been
redeemed for 12 months.
Points can only be collected or redeemed on check-out.
Points will be valid for 12 months following the last transaction
date. Then unused points will become obsolete.
If you forget your card, points will be manually added to your
card number at check-out. Points not collected directly after a
stay cannot be collected at a later date.

Members must be over the age of 18.
If you lose your membership card, call 0845 074 0050 and request a
new one. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to transfer any
outstanding balances across to your new card - but where possible
we will try.
On telephone bookings, please ensure that you, your
accommodation organiser or third party agent quotes your membership
card number so that we can tie your booking up to the correct
profile in our system.
All member benefits and offers are subject to availability and
valid when booking through QHotels.
Any ThankQ Rewards points offers advertised on the login page
represent a 'from' price dependent on the chosen hotel and date of
stay and are subject to availability.
Any ThankQ Rewards points offers advertising a stay for the
whole family are subject to availability and represent a 'from'
price dependent on chosen hotel and date of stay.
There are no cash alternatives to the benefits and all points must
be spent within QHotels.
We will mail you with newsletters, which will include details of
special offers, double and triple point seasons. All double and
triple points will be added at the point of check-out.
The membership card is not a credit card, cheque guarantee or
payment card of any kind and remains the property of QHotels.
By providing your postal and/or email address you are granting
QHotels permission to contact you with newsletters, offers and
information that we think is of interest to you. You can
unsubscribe from this contact at any time.
It may take up to 8 weeks to process your application.
ThankQ Reward cards and points may be withdrawn at any time and we
will inform you in writing should this happen. Any information will
be held by QHotels in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
