ThankQ Rewards - our loyalty scheme for business travellers
If you misplace your ThankQ Rewards card, please call
0845 074 0050 or contact us via email as soon as
possible. Our team will take down your request for a replacement
card and block the lost card number.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to
transfer points from one card to another, but will do our best to
transfer them for you.

with your online ThankQ Rewards account to reset your information.

rates and exclusive offers throughout the year. Stay with us on a
fantastic rate, alone or with the family, and you can still claim
your ThankQ Rewards points as usual.

No - if you use accumulated points to pay for your entire stay,
you will not receive any points back.
However if you use your points for part-payment or to pay for an
element of your visit, you will be able to claim new points against
the balance of your stay, i.e.
