Q. I have booked online, how do I know you received it?

If you’ve just booked online, a confirmation number beginning with "QH" will have been generated. If this has happened you can rest assured that we have your booking.

Q. How do I go about  cancelling or amending my booking?

If you want to cancel or amend your reservation you must have made a flexible rate booking. You may cancel your booking up to 12 noon on the day of arrival by calling us on our Query line number 0845 241 9783. Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your flexible reservation, you will be charged a minimum of one night's accommodation. Flexible rates would be offered to you at the time of booking. All pre-payable rates are none amendable or cancellable.

Q. What time is breakfast/dinner served?

Breakfast is usually 7.00am -9.30am midweek and 8.00-10.00am on a weekend. Please check the individual hotels for the exact times.

Dinner is usually served 7.00pm -9.30pm everyday, please contact individual hotels for exact times.

Q. Can we have the postcode or telephone number of the hotel direct?

Q. What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 2.00pm and check out is by 11.00am except The Midland which is 12.00pm.

Q. Can we use the facilities either side of these times?

Yes, you can arrive at anytime and use the facilities and also use them after checking out of your room.

Q. What is the QHotels child policy?

Q. What are breakaway club members' benefits?

If you are an existing Breakaway Club member, your discount is now incorporated in other benefits available such as a free bottle of house wine worth £20 for any 2 night dinner bed and breakfast stays, and money off vouchers. Q. What is the QHotels pet policy?

18 of the 21 QHotels are dog friendly. The exceptions are:

  • The Queens, Leeds
  • The Stratford, Stratford-upon-Avon
  • The Midland, Manchester

For our pet friendly hotels, the following conditions apply:

  • Guide dogs are permitted in ALL hotels
  • £15  charge per stay applied for cleaning
  • No dogs other than guide dogs permitted in food and beverage areas
  • Only allowed in public areas for access - other than guide dogs
  • If any dog causes a nuisance to other guests, e.g. barking at night, hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave or make a compensatory charge
  • A maximum of 2 small dogs or one large dog is permitted in any guest room.

Q. What happens if I arrive early or want to check out a little later?

We will accommodate where we can. For a new booking requiring this, please give us a call in 0845 0345 777.

Q. What day is the lunch to be taken on?

Either day, this needs to be booked via the spa at the hotel of your choice. Hotel contact numbers are found here.

Q. What’s included in the lunch?

The lunch is usually a light 2 course lunch.

Q. What time is lunch served?

12pm – 2pm, some hotels may vary so please feel free to double check with the spa at your chosen hotel. Hotel contact numbers are found here.

Q. Can we swap our 2 x 30 minute treatments to a 1 hour treatment?

This is up to the individual spas. Please call the hotel direct and speak to the spa for more information. Hotel contact numbers are found here.

Q. Are bathrobes provided in the spa?

For your comfort and ease you will find bathrobes in the spa.
