If you want to cancel or amend your reservation you must have made a flexible rate booking. You may cancel your booking up to 12 noon on the day of arrival by calling us on our Query line number 0845 241 9783. Unfortunately, if you fail to cancel your flexible reservation, you will be charged a minimum of one night's accommodation. Flexible rates would be offered to you at the time of booking. All pre-payable rates are none amendable or cancellable.
