If you’ve just booked online, a confirmation number beginning with "QH" will have been generated. If this has happened you can absolutely rest assured that we have your booking. Confirmations of bookings are generated automatically and will be received immediately if booked online or by noon the next day if done over the phone. On occasion, confirmations can go into SPAM inboxes so please check this for receipt before calling.

If you made your booking online, click here to cancel. Bookings made via our Central Booking Service should be cancelled by e-mailing stay@QHotels.co.uk with details of your booking reference. Bookings made through any other third party site should be cancelled directly with them but please remember you can always find QHotels best available rate when booking directly at www.QHotels.co.uk . Flex rate bookings can be cancelled up to 12noon on the day of arrival to receive a full refund. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full room rate or the first night’s accommodation.
Advanced purchase saver rates and promotional packages can be cancelled but you will still be charged the full amount for the entire cost of your stay. Advanced purchase saver rates and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where necessary, we advise you take out suitable travel insurance for these bookings.
Bookings for groups in excess of 9 rooms will be given their own specific terms and conditions which will be detailed on your booking.
Breakfast is usually 7.00am -9.30am midweek and 8.00-10.00am on a weekend. Please check the individual hotels for the exact times. Dinner is usually served 7.00pm -9.30pm everyday, please contact individual hotels for exact times.

All of our hotels offer free car parking with a couple of exceptions :
The Midland – Guests can park at the Manchester Central (also known as GMEX) which is located directly behind the hotel at a cost of £20 per day. Alternatively Valet Parking is also available at the cost of £25 per day.
The Queens – A valet parking service is available via Concierge in Reception with approximately 80 spaces being available. The charge for parking Sun – Thurs inclusive is £15.95 per night with Friday and Saturday at £11.95 per night.
The Stratford - £5.00 per day except for conference delegates at the hotel. There are102 spaces available.
All car parking is available 24 hours and is subject to availability.
