QHotels best rate guarantee
We guarantee to offer on our website the
best available rate in the market. If a better rate is found
elsewhere for the same booking details(*) then not only will
QHotels match the lowest rate, but will also offer a complimentary
room upgrade, or a 5% discount where an upgrade is not
available.
(*) Subject to terms and conditions:
- Room must be booked direct on QHotels website
on the lowest rate that was available at the time of booking in
order for the Guarantee to apply.
- If a lower rate is found within two hours of
booking, a Guarantee claim must be submitted to QHotels at
Stay@QHotels.co.uk together with a
screen-shot showing the booking details and the lower quoted
rate.
- Any lower rate must be for the same hotel,
room type, dates and have the same restrictions and rules as rate
booked with QHotels.
- Any Guarantee claim must be submitted within
24hrs of booking and also must be received not less than one day
prior to the arrival date to allow time for claim to be
processed.
- The Guarantee does not apply to any
non-public rates (eg negotiated corporate rates; group,
event, banqueting or conference rates; rates linked to any other
promotion or voucher). The Guarantee does not apply to pre-agreed
rates with specific clubs, societies, groups or organisations.
- On a booking for multiple nights, each night
will be checked on an individual basis for rate comparison.
- The complimentary room upgrade will be to a
room-type superior to that room-type booked. Where not
available a 5% discount will be applied to the lower rate found,
for the relevant days where the guarantee is being invoked.
- No claims can be submitted based on
fluctuations or disparity in currency exchange rates.
- QHotels reserve the right to modify or cancel
the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
