inclusive approach to green initiatives.
- Implemented an online portfolio tool by QED training and
development programme and an electronic version of our employee
handbook due for completion early 2013.

- Continue to explore ways to reduce paper within HR and
Training. We expect to expand the use of e-portfolios and introduce
a staff intranet.
- Continue to raise awareness at all levels within the
organisation. Green Team workshops planned for representatives from
each hotel in April 2013.
- Focus on charity work and educational liaisons. Continue to
expand our lnks with the local community through working with local
charities, schools and colleges.
