QHotels prides itself in its collection of 21 carefully nurtured, unique four-star hotels throughout the UK. Some can be found in the most beautiful countryside, some preside over bustling city centres, but each with its own little characteristics, ensures guest enjoy a truly unique experience - whether staying for pleasure or business. Our team of dedicated staff will be on hand to pamper to your every need, whether you have forgotten your toothbrush or want a tailored, bespoke event, we will ensure that your visit is a stress free as possible.  QHotels have over 2,900 bedrooms across the collection and an abundance of first-rate flexible meeting rooms for up to 700 delegates. 

Founded in 2003 the collection has experienced rapid grown from 2 to 21 hotels over the last eight years and has seen a large investment over the years across the entire portfolio. 

The QHotels collection includes five golf resorts, 17 spa hotels and two city centre hotels. The four-star hotels in the UK include iconic hotels such as The Midland in Manchester, The Queens in Leeds and Crewe Hall in Cheshire.

Throughout 2011, our green commitment has shone from all angles, something that we are extremely proud of. QHotels have recently been crowned AA Eco Hotel Group of the Year 2011 as well as being awarded the highly accredited Carbon Trust Standard for reducing CO2 year on year. QHotels has been awarded 7 Gold and 15 Silver awards by Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS), the national sustainable tourism certification programme. The hotels, which were first audited by GTBS in 2009 have shown a significant improvement, by up to 25% in some hotels, raising the green standards across all 21 hotels and the QHotels corporate head office.

In 2011 we have also invested a whooping £1.7million in our IT offering. Not only do all our QHotels offer our conference, business travellers and leisure guests free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel but also in all bedroom meaning that you are always connected at QHotels. QHotels have also become the first UK hotel group to offer up to 90mbps of uninterrupted bandwidth - perfect for large conferences, video conferences and large banqueting events.

Over the last few years QHotels have been voted AA Hotel Group of the Year 2008/09 and has been ranked in The Times Buyout FastTrack register of the 100 fastest growing private equity backed businesses. In addition to this… January 2009 alone saw QHotels shortlisted for the Business Hotel Brand of the Year Award at the Business Travel Awards and Norton Park scooped two HRS Hotel Excellence Awards (Excellence in Meetings and Excellence in Business Management). Since then QHotels trophy cabinet is buckling under the weight of new awards, including ‘Most Improved Brand’ for the second year out of three in the 2009 BDRC UK Meetings Market Survey, ‘Excellence in Training Award’ in Caterer & Hotelkeeper’s Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2009 and a silver award for the Best Web Site category at the 2011 Meetings Industry Marketing Awards.
